
IGNTION ON COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT: The Winner may incur costs and expenses associated with their participation and utilisation of the Prize. See clauses for more information, or contact the Promoter with any questions you may have.
1. Name of Competition
The name of this competition is:
“Red Bull Ampol Racing: Ignition On Livery Unveiling Event On Ground Competition” (hereafter, the “Competition”).
2. Promoter and Prize Supplier
2.1 Triple Eight Race Engineering Pty Ltd ACN 105 906 518 (‘Triple Eight’) of 40 Depot Street, Banyo QLD 4014, Australia, is the promoter and prize supplier of this Competition (Promoter/Prize Supplier).

3. Conditions of Entry
3.1 The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these conditions of entry (and any schedules to them) (Conditions of Entry) and that by entering this Competition they are deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry.
3.2 Conditions of Entry are subject always to the applicable consumer promotion law and none of these Conditions of Entry are intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy under law.
3.3 The Competition is open to VIC residents only, and for the avoidance of doubt the Prize does not include flights, accommodation or transfers required for the participation and utilisation of the Prize.
4. Competition Period
4.1 The Competition is open for entry by Eligible Entrants from 00:01am (AEDT) on Thursday 5 February 2026 and ends at 12:30pm (AEDT) on Saturday 7 February 2026 (Competition Period).
4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Competition end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval). The Promoter will use all reasonable endeavour to publish such a change at http://www.redbullampolracing.com.au
4.3 If the Prize or any component of it becomes unavailable or is cancelled, rescheduled (in the case of any event component of the Prize) or cannot be taken because of other conditions ie: Hot Lap Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition (subject to law, and subject to the Promoter’s action or negligent omission not being the material cause of the Prize or any component of it being made unavailable, cancelled, or rescheduled).
5. Who may enter the Competition?
5.1 The Competition may only be entered during the Competition Period by Eligible Entrants (as defined in clause 5.2 below).
5.2 Entry is open to person who:
• Are residents of Victoria (VIC)
• Are 18 years of age or over (Eligible Entrants).
• Sign up to opt in to receive Red Bull Ampol Racing, Triple Eight Race Engineering, TPF promotional email marketing and promotional material via competition page.
• Fit the passenger requirements and limits, see Hot Lap Terms and Conditions.
5.3 The following are not eligible to enter the Competition:
• Persons not Eligible Entrants under Clause 5.2
• Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its associated agencies, franchisees, companies.
6. What must an Eligible Entrant do to enter the Competition?
6.1 To enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must complete all of the following steps during the Competition Period.
STEPS TO ENTER
1. Scan the QR code visible on ground at the Ignition On Livery Unveiling Event in Geelong, VIC on Saturday 7 February 2026.
2. Enter personal contact details including first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number.
3. Select from the drop down list Who is Your Favourite Driver?
4. Opt in to the Red Bull Ampol Racing promotional email database
5. Click Submit button on https://www.redbullampolracing.com.au/ignition-on-competition/ to complete entry and agree to Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
6.2 One entry is permitted per valid sign up. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, late, lost, misdirected or not received by the Promoter within the Competition Period.
6.3 Further, the Promoter is not responsible if the Entrant’s mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purchase of submitting an entry.
7. The Prize
7.1 The Prize is:
• One (1) rear car bumper from Ford Mustang GT Supercars wrapped by Red Bull Ampol Racing and signed by team driver/s valued at up to $1500.00 AUD incl. GST
• Two (2) 4-Day GA passes to the 2026 Australian Grand Prix at Albert Park from Thursday 5 March 2026 to Sunday 8 March 2026 including one (1) Red Bull Ampol Racing team garage tour for two (2) people on a day and time specified by the Promoter valued at up to $770.00 AUD incl. GST
• Two (2) Red Bull Ampol Racing team merchandise packs including team polo and cap valued at up to $230.00 AUD incl. GST
• One (1) Supercar Hot Lap with Triple Eight Race Engineering at Sandown International Motor Raceway on Monday 9 November 2026 valued at up to $988.00 AUD incl. GST
For the avoidance of doubt the Prize does not include flights, accommodation or transfers required for the participation and utilisation of the Prize.
8. Prize Terms and Conditions
8.1 The Winner will receive a maximum of one (1) Prize. There is only one (1) Prize available.
8.2 Each Prize is valued at no more than $3,488.00 AUD incl. GST. The Prize Value ascribed in The Prize details is based upon recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) as at the date of publishing these Conditions of Entry.
8.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
8.4 Neither the Prize as a whole, or any component of it, is exchangeable or redeemable for cash and must not be sold or exchanged by Winner either for free or for any consideration.
8.5 The Winner shall not be entitled to the proceeds of any insurance policy that the Promoter retains or receives in respect of this Competition.
8.6 If the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable, cancelled, delayed or are interrupted, the Promoter shall not be required to provide any alternative prizes or be liable for any compensation to the Winner.
8.7 The Prize does not include, and the Promoter shall not be responsible for the payment to, or reimbursement of, the Winner for any costs or expenses incurred in or that may be incurred by the Winner or any person, by accepting, travel to and from any location required for prize fulfilment including flights, accommodation, food or drink at such experience, costs associated or ancillary to utilising the Prize, nor shall the Promoter be liable for any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize.
8.8 The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered as a result of the Winner accepting or using the Prize (or both), except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Prize Draw
9.1 The prize will be drawn between 12:30pm (AEDT) on Saturday 7 February 2026 and 1:30pm (AEDT) on Saturday 7 February 2026 at Ignition On Livery Unveiling Event at Hearne Parade, Geelong VIC.
9.2 The prize will be drawn by electronic random number generator as a Game of Chance from all Eligible Entries submitted during the Competition Period.
9.3 The winners will be notified by telephone and email with their name published at http://www.redbullampolracing.com.au by Friday 13 February 2026.
9.4 If necessary, the unclaimed prize draw will be held at 1:30pm (AEDT) on Saturday 7 February 2026 at the same location as the original draw.
9.5 In the event of a dispute concerning the conduct of the Competition or claiming the Prize, Entrants or Winners (as the case may be) must contact the Promoter to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. If the matter cannot be resolved, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by a recognised dispute resolution body in Australia (or a similar body).
10. Waiver and Safety
10.1 The Promoter is not liable for any injury, death, loss or damage that a Winner, passenger or other person may suffer as a consequence of the Prize or any ancillary or related activities associated with the Prize.
10.2 All passengers are required to print and sign the below forms and waivers and bring a physical copy with them on the day. These forms include the forms set out below, and any additional forms or documentation that may be required after the time of publishing these Conditions of Entry either by the Promoter or Red Bull Ampol Racing:

10.6 All passengers are required to view the safety video prior to their ride. Video will be provided to winners.
10.7 Winners will be provided these forms with their experience voucher. Voucher may not become available until 2 weeks prior to prize location.
10.8 To request to view these forms and videos during the competition period, please contact the Promotor.
11. Use of Eligible Entrant’s Personal Information
11.1 Personal information including the Eligible Entrant’s personal information in order to conduct and manage the competition, for promotional and marketing purposes (including for direct marketing), regulatory compliance, communicate with you or storing data (“Purpose”) and may, for this Purpose, disclose such information to subsidiary and related companies, third parties, including but not limited to commercial partners, agents, contractors, service providers, and any company with whom they are running the competition.
11.2 This may include disclosures to organisations outside of Australia. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
11.3 The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this Competition, but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent.
11.4 The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Principles (PPs) in the Privacy Act 2020 and by entering the competition, the Eligible Entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy which contains information, among other things, about how the Eligible Entrant may access personal 5 information that is held by the Promoter about them and seek correction of such information. For more information, please refer to the Promoter’s Privacy Notice.
11.5 The Promoter will be disclosing personal information to the Prize Supplier for the Purpose of providing the Prize to Eligible Entrant. If the Prize Supplier cannot collect your personal information, it will not be able to provide you with a Prize. The Prize Supplier may also disclose your personal information to and/or collect your personal information from its related companies and third parties who provide (or assist the Prize Supplier to provide) products and services. By entering the competition, the Eligible Entrant is taken to consent to the Prize Supplier’s Terms & Conditions and its privacy policy. For more information, please refer to the Prize Supplier’s Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice.
11.6 By entering, you consent to the Promoter and/or Prize Supplier retaining your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes including promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes and contacting you by electronic messaging or telephone. By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter and/ or Prize Supplier. Information on how to opt-out from this message and/or membership is set out in the Promoter and/or Prize Supplier’s Privacy Policy.
11.7 Eligible Entrants may access, change or update their personal information by contacting the Promoter via ‘Contact us’ under the respective Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal information or make a privacy related compliant.
11.8 Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image or voice (or a combination of these) in the event that they are win one of the Prizes Available in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed or supplied (or both) by the Promoter.
12. Limitations on Promoter Liability
12.1 The Winner has rights under consumer protection law of Australia Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Promoter. These Conditions of Entry do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent that it is permitted to do so, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, agents and contractors) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, without limitation:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
(c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in herein;
(e) any tax implications; or
(f) 13. General if for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter this Competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
13. General
13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition or to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority and subject to law.
13.2 No Party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform their respective obligations under this Competition if such delay or failure is caused or contributed to by a Force Majeure event. Force Majeure means any event or circumstances which is beyond a Party’s reasonable control including but not limited to, acts of God including but not limited to fire, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, landslide, tsunami, mudslide or other catastrophic natural disaster, civil riot, civil rebellion, revolution, terrorism, insurrection, militarily usurped power, act of sabotage, act of public enemy, war (whether declared or not) or other like hostilities, ionizing radiation, contamination by radioactivity, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, any widespread illness, quarantine or government sanctioned ordinance or shutdown, pandemic (including COVID-19 and any variations or mutations to this disease or illness) or epidemic.
13.3 Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in these terms or in any advertisement relating to the Competition, to Australian dollars, AUD$ or $ is a reference to the lawful currency in Australia. (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference.
13.4 The Prize and Prize Winner are subject to any additional Conditions outline on any tickets, passes or permissions stipulated in writing or online by any third parties associated with Prize Details and individual inclusions organized by the Prize Provider.
HOT LAP (PRIZE INCLUSION) TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All persons seeking to take a Hot Lap with Triple Eight Race Engineering agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A breach of the Terms and Conditions may result in Triple Eight Race Engineering refusing a Hot Lap to a Participant.
1. Triple Eight Race Engineering Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 14 105 906 518) (‘Triple Eight Race Engineering’) reserves the absolute and unfettered right to refuse a Hot Lap to any Hot Lap Participant (‘Participant’) for a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other reason that Triple Eight Race Engineering deems reasonable.
2. Participants must be at least 16 years of age at the time of taking the Hot Lap.
3. Participants must fit comfortably within the following limits:
a. Height – 190cm
b. Waist/Hip at widest part – 425mm
c. Weight – 110kg
4. Hot Laps must not be taken by any person with a pre-existing heart ailment or injury or any impediment that may prevent a Participant from being able to exit the race car without assistance.
5. Pregnant women must not take a Hot Lap.
6. Participants are required to sign an indemnity form prior to the commencement of a Hot Lap, releasing to the extent permitted by law Triple Eight Race Engineering from any liability in relation to the Participant’s undertaking of the Hot Lap.
7. Participants must follow all instructions given by Triple Eight Race Engineering, including but not limited to the instructions written on the Hot Lap voucher. All details included on the Hot Lap voucher form part of the Terms and Conditions.
8. The dates, locations and times of days on which Hot Laps are conducted are not negotiable. The 2025 locations are Sydney Motorsport Park, Queensland Raceway and Sandown Raceway.
9. Participants acknowledge that the ability of Triple Eight Race Engineering to deliver Hot Laps may from time to time be at the discretion of government restrictions recommended or imposed in relation to managing the risks of the Covid-19 pandemic. In such instances, Triple Eight Race Engineering is not liable for the failure or partial failure of delivery of such products or services. Participants accept that they may forfeit their Hot Lap and such Hot Lap will not be delivered in proceeding years.
10. Participants who are taking a Hot Lap as an entitlement of a current T8M8 Membership are eligible to take only one (1) Hot Lap within the terms and conditions of their Membership. T8M8 Members agree to be bound by all T8M8 Terms and Conditions.
