Jamie Whincup remained a major force throughout the 2019 Supercars season, claiming five race wins and five pole positions on his way to third in the Drivers’ Championship. His victories included a dominant performance at Queensland Raceway and a memorable win alongside Craig Lowndes on the streets of the Gold Coast, Whincup’s home event at the time.

Across the season, Whincup continued to deliver consistent front-running results for Red Bull Holden Racing Team, including a fourth-place finish at the Bathurst 1000 with Lowndes and victory in the season finale at Newcastle. His performances helped Triple Eight secure the Teams’ Championship, adding another title to an already remarkable period of success for Whincup and the team.
