Broc Feeney’s 2026 Supercars campaign marked a new era for both the young star and Triple Eight Race Engineering, as the team made its landmark transition from Chevrolet to Ford. After years racing General Motors machinery, Feeney climbed aboard the #88 Ford Mustang, beginning one of the biggest manufacturer changes in the team’s history.
The partnership could hardly have started better. At the season-opening Sydney 500, Feeney won the very first race of the 2026 championship – claiming victory on debut in the Mustang and giving Triple Eight its first Supercars win with Ford since 2009. He went on to win two of the three races that weekend, providing a memorable opening chapter to Triple Eight’s return to the Blue Oval.
The 2026 season is an important chapter in Feeney’s career as he helps establish Triple Eight’s new Ford era. From that remarkable debut victory onwards, the #88 Mustang will be part of racing history for both driver and team.
