The 2026 ITM Christchurch Super 440 was a weekend of resilience for Will Brown and the #888 Red Bull Ampol Racing Ford Mustang as Supercars made its historic first visit to Ruapuna Raceway. Brown showed strong pace across the event, qualifying fifth for Friday’s opening race before securing an impressive fourth-place finish in Race 11 on Saturday. 

A difficult pit stop compromised Race 12 and left him 13th, but Brown bounced back on Sunday, qualifying fourth in the Top Ten Shootout and running at the front of the field during a dramatic finale. The weekend demonstrated Brown’s ability to remain a consistent threat despite the challenges of a demanding four-race Christchurch program.
