These rear wing pillars are a rare artifact from the earliest stages of the Ford Mustang Supercar Gen3 program developed by Red Bull Ampol Racing.

 These pillars were fitted to the first Mustang chassis constructed by the team, used during initial aerodynamic testing in the United States wind tunnel program. In this environment, every millimetre of wing position and angle is analysed to optimise airflow, downforce, and overall vehicle balance.

 During development, the team ultimately homologated a revised rear wing angle configuration that these specific brackets did not achieve. As a result, they became redundant, frozen in time as part of the evolution from concept to final race specification.

 This makes them uniquely significant: a genuine piece of engineering development history. They represent the unseen phase of performance – the testing, refinement, and decision-making that underpins every lap turned on track.
