WINTON TOP TEN SNAPS

For a cold little spot, Winton sure brought the heat. We broke our Winton curse, earned some much-deserved silverware and showed those, erm, “other” teams that the bulls will charge ’til the very end. Here are our Top 10 snaps from the Winton Supersprint.

Hey mum, I’m on TV!

Shane Van Gisbergen celebrates his Winton Win

In true SVG fashion, the burnout king celebrated Sunday’s race win with another A-grade performance. You’ve got to give it to the guy – he knows what the crowd wants!

Gives you Wings

Jamie Whincup enjoys and ice cold Red Bull

The six-time champ had a can of the good stuff just before hopping into his number #88 Holden Commodore VF for Sunday’s race.

Time to reflect

Cars outside the Winton Garage

The calm after the storm. Friday’s wet practice at least provided an awesome backdrop for some fancy photography! Maybe we should run four RBHRT cars…?

Together Everyone Achieves More

We’ve said it once and we will say it again – teamwork MAKES the dream work. A hard weekend but a well-deserved celebration for all involved.

Bulls go charging two-by-two

Locking out the second row

Did you ever see a better sight?! Well….maybe if we were up a grid spot or two. But, still, it takes two to tango!

Champagne showers

SVG and JW celebrating a Winton Win

The art of spraying champagne requires serious technique, but it looks like our boys have it down pat. An awesome end to a huge weekend at Winton Motor Raceway.

The running man

Team Owner Roland Dane running from the champagne shower

With that being said, there’s also someone on the receiving end of that spray! RD perfected the “duck-and-run” as he made a smooth exit.

Teammates

Drivers Celebrate

Sunday’s race saw the bulls battle it out, but as always it was done professionally and with integrity. No flashbacks of synchronised spinning in NZ here!

Wet ‘n’ Wild

Rainy practice session at Winton

There were serious doubts after Friday’s practice that anyone would go into Saturday with the right setup due to weather. But, never-say-never, the bulls had a strong practice three on Saturday morning which saw them then qualify in the top five.

Smell of enduros in the air

Steve Richards is back

Co-drivers were invited to have a practice session on Friday at the track – but ours weren’t around for a spin. PD had his CEO pants on, and Matty C is off gallivanting around Europe, so we are claiming Richo as our own. Great to see you back around the garages, mate!
