Your 2017 top moments

Holy Sandman, where has 2017 gone? It only feels like yesterday that we were pulling the covers off of our shiny new Red Bull Holden Racing Team Commodores in preparation for the season ahead.

Anyway, enough reminiscing. This is about your top moments of 2017 so far. Thanks to all of you who sent in photos, we love to see your RBHRT antics on and off the track. Although the submissions for inclusions in this gallery are now closed, you can still send us your favourite shots, so don’t forget to tag us.

Your 2017 Fan Photos!

There aren’t many better views than the bulls charging two by two and Adam Dale captured this beautifully at our June test day at Queensland Raceway.

Perth turned it on for us this year and Adam Bruce captured our brand new RBHRT transporter in the paddock on its first outing.

Although pink and red don’t really go that well, we enjoyed having that dodgy-coloured number on the door, which Andrew Brown shot at Phillip Island.

Chloe Ferguson: “This is from the Perth SuperSprint! I love photography and being able to capture something I love watching and knowing they are my photos is cool. This photo is also meaningful because it consists of my favourite drivers and I managed to capture all three in one shot without realising.”

Judy Walters: “Took this at Winton this year as the RBHRT cars were battling for first place.” Don’t know about you guys, but we certainly didn’t have any fingernails left by the end of race two at Winton!

Lana Brooks: “Clipsal 500, the team working late. I was lucky enough to be a part of the team at Clipsal this year. It is still a peak moment in my life and I could only dream to be a part of it one day!”

Peta Woodgate: “We are picking a new track to visit each year and this year was Phillip Island – four seasons within a few hours. Stunning track and a weekend of tyre failures and some spectacular races. Great grandstand seats kept us dry and with a perfect view of the Triple Eight garages.”

Rob Worthington: “This is my favourite shot from Winton. I have affectionalty called it ‘The Chase’ and have set it as my screenshot so that I get the constant reminder that is where Jamie will be at the last race of the season, in front of those Team Penske Fords! Go team, I’m looking forward to seeing the Number 1 back with JW.”

Sam Slater: “Had a fantastic time in Perth go-karting with my fave team Red Bull.”

Tracey Rigney: “My son, Issac, 6, pictured here with his two favourite racing idols at the Townsville 400 Saturday the 8th of July 2017. Issac has speech delay & at the age of three one of his very first words was “Whincup”. That is when I knew what team my son will be supporting for the rest of his life. A huge Jamie & Shane fan. Over the last two years we have been lucky enough to make a donation and receive a card to be able to get Issac to have a quick photo and chats with the boys. This year he has taken a liking to both of the boys. The Supercars is the one thing we look forward to doing as a family and 2017 was the best year of them yet. I do anything for my boy to have a 30 second picture. It is on my bucket list to do at the event. He comes home and talks about it for days. Fills my heart with so much joy to see two men he admires so much. They both wouldn’t know it but it does. Very appreciative of Jamie and Shane taking time out to do this for the fans. Not all super heroes wear capes.”

Ally Bucky: “I can’t catch the flying cars on my little compact so this is my effort. If Cauchi is taking orders, I’ll have a large fries with that next win :)”
