“Summing up this weekend, we went fifteenth to first I suppose is the easiest way to put it.”

“We struggled on Friday when we rolled out then the short practice sessions also make it quite difficult to get set up, make any changes, get the package right. So with all that, just super proud of the team who made those changes over those sessions to get us to where we ended up to finish the weekend. I mean, from where we started, we weren’t too bad where we started the weekend, then we were sort of just fighting around the podium yesterday. But to then get a win today, and by seven seconds or something like that, that was obviously a really good result.”

“For us, that result is important. It’s an important time of the year to start to hit our strides and we really need to start finding a sweet spot with this car so we can continue progressing.”

“So, great to be leading the points, fantastic to get another win. I just can’t thank everyone at Red Bull Ampol Racing enough. Seriously, they’ve been working their backsides off the last month to get on top of this car and the issues that we’ve been having, so stoked with the work the team have been putting in and cannot thank everyone enough. Still plenty of things we can improve on, looking forward to doing that and looking forward to Darwin.”

“Starting on Friday, we probably didn’t roll out exactly where we wanted to be, but we got a lot better over the weekend, which is something we’ve been good at, building performance and pace in the package as we learn at each track.”

“You know, a solid weekend, a fourth, a fifth, a ninth. That ninth I would’ve liked to be a bit better, but solid points haul with where we are in the Drivers Championship now five rounds done. We need to claw our way back up to hopefully fifth, or hopefully even a little bit better by the time the Finals come around and there is absolutely time to do that with the right car under us.”

“Today specifically, I was happy with that last race. Had a solid qualifying, put that shootout lap together reasonably well, then on that first lap made a big move early to get up to third. Throughout it we had a lot of great racing with Anton and a few of the boys out there, exciting stuff, came home among some others who ran different strategies but good to be up in the points if not on the podium.”
